Angelo Scarra is responsible for the company’s new Panamax business unit, which will be run out of Monaco.
Mr. Scarra, who joined Western Bulk in January 2012, has more than 15 years of experience from the
Panamax market; most recently as chartering director at Aquavita International
and senior chartering manager at CTM/CoeClerici group. He is a graduate in business
administration from Genoa University and has worked as a project cargo forwarder and
shipbroker between 1993 and 2001.
