Mr. Nore has been heading up the Seattle office since its inception in 1995. Mr. Nore is a Master Mariner and has a degree in Business Administration from the Agder College, Kristiansand. After several years at sea, Mr. Nore worked for the Atle Jebsen Group of Companies as Operations Manager and Chartering Manager at various offices around the world.
