During the last three years we, Western Bulk, have proved that our business model works resulting in record high profits. The group has generated excellent results before, during and after the period of economic downturn. In the same period our Shareholders’ Equity has been strengthened significantly, both equity ratio and in real terms.

The group has a strong balance sheet and a healthy cash flow to support expansion and to pursue investment opportunities arising from the current shipping markets. Our cash position is sound and we have unused liquidity reserves in terms of overdraft facilities.
