Henning Jensen

Chairman of the Board
Prior to joining Kistefos, Henning E. Jensen was CEO of RHI AG, the publically traded (Vienna stock exchange) global leader in refractories. Before that he worked for Tyco Electronics (NYSE: TEL) in various leadership positions for almost 10 years including heading up its global automotive business and being CFO for electronic components, Tyco Electronics’ largest business segment. He started his industrial career and spent close to 10 years with General Motors (NYSE: GM) and Delphi in various financial, strategic, and M&A leadership positions. Prior to his industrial career, Henning E. Jensen was a Professor of Finance at University of San Francisco for five years.
Mr. Jensen holds an MBA from University of San Francisco and has undertaken executive and post graduate studies in St. Gallen and the Wharton School.
Olav Haugland

Prior to joining Kistefos in 2010, he was CFO in the real estate company Hansa Property Group AS. Over the last decade he has held various management positions in capital intensive listed companies, including the offshore company Sinvest ASA and the shipping company Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA. Mr. Haugland has a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration and is a State authorised public accountant from Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH)
Finn Ivar Marum

Prior to joining Kistefos, Marum spent seven years as a Senior Partner at HitecVision, a private equity fund focused on the Oil & Gas industry with $1.2 billion under management. His previous experience includes advisory work at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance as well as business development and corporate M&A roles at Statoil ASA in Norway and in the US. Marum holds an MIA in International Finance and Business from Columbia University, USA, and a BA Summa Cum Laude from Concordia College, USA.
Rolf A. Wikborg

Rolf A. Wikborg is Managing Director of AMA Norway AS and Director of AMA Capital Partners in New York, a merchant banking firm where he worked for 16 years. Mr. Wikborg is a Director of NYSE listed DHT Maritime and advisor to Kuwait Finance House. He holds a B.Sc.(Hons.) in Management Sciences at UMIST and MIC in marine law and marine insurance law.
Sven Ombudstvedt

Sven Ombudstvedt is the CEO of the Norwegian based, global publication paper manufacturer Norske Skog. He was head of Yara’s upstream activities from 2003 to 2006, and CFO from 2006 to 2008. From 1991 to 2001, he worked for Norsk Hydro, in various commercial positions. He was head of Norsk Hydro’s corporate strategy unit from 2002 to 2003. Ombudstvedt holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Pacific Lutheran University and a master’s degree in international management from Thunderbird.
