Åge Korsvold

Chairman of the Board
Mr. Korsvold was elected to the board in 2002, and to the position as Chairman in 2003. He is the Chief Executive Officer at Kistefos AS. He has previously been CEO of Storebrand ASA and prior to that worked as a financial advisor at Procorp ASA and Fondsfinans. Mr. Korsvold has a MBA degree from Wharton School.
Lars Erling Krogh
(1965)
Member of the Board
Prior to joining Kistefos in 2004, Mr. Krogh was a Partner at the Norwegian venture capital firm Convexa. His previous experience includes investment banking experiences with ABN AMRO Bank and NatWest Markets, where he conducted several capital markets transactions and IPO’s for telecommmunications and media companies. Mr. Krogh holds a Bachlor of Arts (Hons) degree in Political Science and Economics from Boston University.
Rolf Svein Skaarberg

Prior to joining Kistefos, Skaarberg worked as an independent management and financial advisor. He holds a degree from the Norwegian School of Business and Administration (NHH) and an MBA from L’Institut Européen d’Administration des Affaires (INSEAD) in Fontainebleau, France. He served with McKinsey & Co., and has subsequently held several top level positions in Norwegian shipping and offshore companies.
Rolf A. Wikborg

Rolf A. Wikborg is Managing Director of AMA Norway AS and Director of AMA Capital Partners in New York, a merchant banking firm where he worked for 16 years. Mr. Wikborg is a Director of NYSE listed DHT Maritime and advisor to Kuwait Finance House. He holds a B.Sc.(Hons.) in Management Sciences at UMIST and MIC in marine law and marine insurance law.
Sven Ombudstvedt

Sven Ombudstvedt is the CEO of the Norwegian based, global publication paper manufacturer Norske Skog. He was head of Yara’s upstream activities from 2003 to 2006, and CFO from 2006 to 2008. From 1991 to 2001, he worked for Norsk Hydro, in various commercial positions. He was head of Norsk Hydro’s corporate strategy unit from 2002 to 2003. Ombudstvedt holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Pacific Lutheran University and a master’s degree in international management from Thunderbird.
